This cut is all loin meat, and may contain a layer of fat running along the side. The rib chop, when cooked, is incredibly tender and lean and has a mild pork flavor. All Pork and pork products are local ontario product.
 
Packaging:
You can choose regular meat packaging or vacuum pack - individually portioned (great for freezing and storing individual pieces of meat). Individually vacuum pack can take up to 48 hours to pack and deliver.
