DeliveryTo shoppers will pick up your grocery, alcohol or pre-made meal at warehouse or local stores and delivery to your door the same day or pre-scheduled date.

What's the price per task?You can check online prices of some of the tasks but we might need more information including pictures for final estimate especially of painting or moving jobs.

Are you operationg in Toronto only?We mainly operate in GTA area, however you can use our transportation service anywhere in Ontario and Quebec.

What are the alcohol delivery rules?Valid 19+ government-issued photo ID must be presented upon delivery to verify age & identity. The driver will not deliver the alcohol if you are unable to comply with these rules. Once the order is delivered to a person of legal age, who shows a valid form of ID, and agrees to the terms and conditions of use, it is that individuals responsibility to not share the alcohol order with any others who are underage. Please ensure that you have your government-issued photo ID ready for age verification at delivery. Failure to provide valid government-issued photo ID will result in forfeit of the alcohol delivery order, and a return delivery charge of $14.99 may be charged.

Who does my shopping?DeliveryTo shoppers hand pic fresh grocery for you. We will carefuly pick the best and most fresh produce for you, same way as we would be shopping for our family. Your grocery will be packed to paper bags. The cost of paper bags is included in handling fee.

Can you bring grocery inside of my house?Unfortunately due to healthy and safety situation we won't be able to drop off your grocery inside of your house or condo. Grocery will be drop off by your house door and if you live in condo or hotel building you will have to come pick up your grocery to lobby area or left with concierge.

How do I know when my grocery will be delivered?We will send you text message when the shopper will start shopping. Since starting shopping time it shouldn't take longer than 90 minutes to delivery to your door. Shopper will also call you the estimate delivery time.

Do I need to tip the driver?Tip to the shopper is not included. If you are satisfied with shoppers service, you can tip the shopper in cash at the time of the delivery or message us how much would you like to tip shopper and we will charge you on your card. Shopper will receive 100% of the tips.
