Pork loin is the tender, lean meat from the back of the pig. Tenderloin is lean and quick cooking, making it a great choice for kebabs and stir-fries, while loin is typically tied and roasted with herbs and vegetables. Try pork chops fried with sautéed apples on the side, and serve grilled back ribs with plenty of your favourite sauce. All Pork and pork products are local ontario product.
 
Packaging:
You can choose regular meat packaging or vacuum pack - individually portioned (great for freezing and storing individual pieces of meat). Individually vacuum pack can take up to 48 hours to pack and deliver.
